OCEANFRONT QUIET RETREAT IN AMAZING UNDEVELOPED FISHING VILLAGE
At the north end of the amazing fishing village, Puerto Morelos, stands Casita Blanca, a small, family owned and run condominium. My oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit has a fully equipped kitchen (full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender, electric OJ squeezer, pots, pans, dishes, etc.) and living room with a fold out futon couch. It is fully air conditioned but during most seasons, with the ceilings fans, windows and large sliding glass doors open, it isn’t even necessary. We have cable TV, DVD player, library of films and compilations of some favorite shows as well as an Ipod mothership. There’s also wireless for laptops users. We are totally wheelchair accessible and have a beach wheelchair that can be loaned to anyone in need. Our beach is hard and flat, perfect for walking or running. Swimming and snorkeling are also ideal and right outside your unit. There’s a beach bar for watching the sun set with margaritas and then a perfect 10 minute stroll to town to choose from many restaurants ranging from local to international food. We can arrange for airport pickup as well as massage in your condo. Avoid the overdevelopment of Cancun and Playa del Carmen and instead chose quiet, friendly and relaxing.

Massive 7 bedroom 6 bath on Beach & large 4 bedroom in boat harbor
Massive 7 bedroom on estero beach or large 4 bedroom in puertosalina boat harbor
the 7 bedroom, 6 bath (actually 8 with a maid's quarters) is about 3700 sq ft on a 10,000 sq foot lot about 5 blocks from estero beach in the southern aspect of ensenada. Has a 9 foot fully enclosed courtyard and is in a good non-gated neighborhood. House was built in early 70's but I have retiled the inside and painted the outside recently.
the 4 bedroom 3 bath in www.puertosalina.com boat harbor is 15 mts south of rosarito and is 100 meters from the water and has a beautiful deck on top overlooking the ocean and marina with a two-car garage and driveway that can hold another 4 cars with a wrought-iron gate. The community is fully gated with security.
and has a club house with tennis courts and gym.
Both houses are fully furnished with satellite TV and phone service/internet.
Best price I could go with each house would be 225k on the ensenada house at 245 bahia magdalena or $ 350k on the 162 puerto acapulco house in the marina, or I could do a 50% ownership of each one and you would pretty much have the house to yourself as I am rarely down there (price would then be 115k or 175k respectively).

nightly is 250/night
weekly is 1200
