I have been in the software development business for over 12 years with mostly fortune 500 companies.

Our target market is the average rental owner and the average vacation renter. Our goal is to bring the renters together with the rental owners to facilitate a fantastic beach, mountain, ski or lake vacation!

We're just getting started ... I have spent many hours developing the site and we are just entering phase III which is the marketing phase.

My job is to spend hours promoting the site to get the search engine ranks up to the point that this site is at the top, and your property as owners, gets noticed. I'm also striving to have a large number of rental properties available for you renters to make this your one stop shop for finding the ideal place to spend your vacation and simplify travel arrangements. This will be done in phases and once it is completed I expect this to be the best vacation, travel site on the web.

Our starting point was Seacrest Beach, Florida. It is the place where we visit the panhandle the most and the place where my wife and I stayed the weekend we got married. This is where we start, and we will grow from here.

We hope to have every vacation destination listed on the site with thousands of restaurant reviews, vacation rental reviews/testimonials, events, newsletters, and much more. Once the income begins to come in we forsee hiring fulltime writers and photographers to visit your favorite places to stay.

We're not doing this to get rich, my wife and I are doing this because it is something we LOVE to do. Please join us in our adventure and feel free to give us as much feed back as possible. We probably won't be able to put your ideas to immediate use, but definitely will make all of your great ideas to good use when we are able.
